Our Story

MADE BY HANDS
NOT MACHINES

Decoco was founded by the Russo family, who brought a single recipe from Naples and refused to change it. Thirty years later, the dough still ferments for 48 hours, the wood still burns at 900°F, and the tomatoes still come from the same farm outside Salerno.
